Acupuncture is a natural and remarkably safe therapy that can restore health and vitality in people of all ages and backgrounds.

Acupuncture as practiced by members of the British Acupuncture Council involves the insertion of ultra-fine needles in specific areas of the body known as acu-points.

Each sterile needle is used only once, and safely disposed of. Treatments may also involve warming areas of skin, or gentle pain relief techniques such as cupping or guasha massage.

Treatments last approximately one hour, and cost £40. Each treatment is tailor-made for you after discussing your state of health with your acupuncturist.
